Whitney Houston Checks Into Rehab

Whitney Houston is back in rehab, folks. TMZ reported that the 47-year-old entered rehab about 10 days ago, and did so voluntarily. We’ve got more details below. As we all know, this is not the first time the singer has sought help for substance abuse. In 2002, during an interview with Diane Sawyer, she admitted that she had used drugs in the past, but was able to overcome the problem by prayer alone. When Sawyer asked her about what the tabloids were saying about her, that she allegedly used crack, she infamously responded, “Crack is cheap. I make too much money to ever smoke crack. Let’s get that straight, okay? I don’t do crack. I don’t do that. Crack is whack.” Check out the video below. She first entered rehab back in 2004. Prior to her seeking help, she had been regular tabloid fodder, with her stick thin appearance (she looked emaciated to me) and unpredictable behavior, leading everyone to believe she was allegedly abusing substances.
